Residencies

Numerous residency projects have been organised at CONA independently or with the support grants from different institutions. International artists at the residency have been funded by institutional grants like Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation or from the guest artist's country. During this period, many public events were organised with the resident artist, which were attended by people from the city. These events were aimed towards generating a dialogue around the artist’s practice of the past, current, and future. Passing Through was a crucial residency programme where artists like Ramesh Pithiya and Renuka Rajiv were invited. Rebecca Chesney and Gyan Panchal were also artist in resident at CONA.
